What are the Hospital hours?

Monday-Friday from 6am- 8pm

Saturday and Sunday from 6am-5pm

What do I do if I have a Pet Emergency after hours?

After hours, you can call (702) 736-4944.  You will be directed to one of our “On Call” Veterinarians.  They will assess the current situation your pet is in and if necessary, make arrangements to meet you at the Hospital.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No.  We see patients and emergencies on a Walk In basis 7 days a week.

What are the cost for services?

Our Exam fee is $46.00

What forms of payment do you accept?

Debit or Credit with a Visa or Mastercard Logo, cash, check* (with valid form of ID and Social Security number). 

Can I make Payments?

Payment is required at the time of service.

Do you take CARE CREDIT?

Our Hospital does NOT offer Care Credit as a form of payment. 

How does PET INSURANCE work?

Pet insurance reimburses the owner after the pet has received care and the owner submits a claim to the insurance company.  Our facility does not have In- House Insurance plans, but we CAN help file claims once services have been paid in full.  Take the time to research various pet policies before choosing the right one for your pet family. 

What do I do if my pet is having surgery?

Prior to surgery, it is important to fast all pets.  Please take away all food, water, and treats no later than midnight the night before.  All pets need to be checked in between 6am and no later than 9am Mon-Sat.  If your pet is on any medications, or has had  complications with anesthesia in the past, please CONTACT your Doctor immediately.
